The people in the previous picture represented the initial teams from Cleveland Pneumatic, Automotive Products (Precision Hydraulics) ltd and British Aerospace. The reason why our careers crossed paths was the T-45 Goshawk aircraft that was under development by McDonnell Douglas at their Long Beach Facility.
It was the goal of McDonnell Douglas to bring together all the players, and while it was an honour to represent the APPH stress department, it was a constant challenge during those months to keep my head screwed on straight.
